(2) After the concentricity measurement is completed, use a vertical measuring tool and a square to measure the verticality of the winding needle and the large plate (at least ensure that the two directions are perpendicular);

(3 ) Ensure the perpendicularity and parallelism of the pole piece guide plate and the base plate;

(4) Use a square ruler to calibrate the perpendicularity of the last transition roller of the pole piece;

Causes of failure

Maintenance method
