Abstract: This design provides a voltage detection method for isolated lithium batteries with simple circuit implementation, high precision, and micro power consumption. The lithium battery voltage detection method adopts the principle of battery voltage mirror detection, based on electromagnetic switch technology, to obtain the original data and fit it, and the data fitting method determines the advantages of the circuit. The detection of the voltage of the lithium battery is very important for the entire power generation and energy storage system. The control signal of the system works in the same area according to the difference of the battery voltage. At present, the voltage measurement methods of lithium batteries include mechanical relay method isolation detection, differential amplifier method isolation detection, voltage divider method isolation detection, and photoelectric relay method isolation detection. The poor precision and complex structure make these methods not widely used. As shown in Figure 1, the primary side L3 forms an oscillating circuit, and the multiple sides L1 and L2 have a symmetrical rectified output structure, so that the sampling output voltage at point B is opposite to the voltage at point A of the lithium battery. Since the detection method is based on electromagnetic switching technology, the original signal obtained is not very non-linear, so the data fitting method determines the advantage of the circuit.
